Bobbie Hirschy–Chief Executive Officer/President
Orlando, FL

Bobbie Hirschy is President and CEO of Star Asset Security. In this role she oversees the management, operations and growth of the company and its various locations throughout the United States. 

Ms. Hirschy has an extensive career in the security industry having previously been an owner of Choice 1 Security, a national security and electronic lock installation company. The company completed projects such as the Trump Taj Mahal, various Ritz Carlton Properties, Hyatt Hotels, Marriott Properties as well as select Military bases across the United States. This company was later sold Stanley Works, one of the industry leaders in residential/industrial hardware and tools as well as security components. 

Prior to Choice 1 Security, Ms. Hirschy was the President of Security Solutions Group, a WOSB that provided door security products for schools and government housing projects. Additionally, Ms. Hirschy has a vast array of experience in accounting and financial management.

Roger Hirschy–Executive Vice President
Orlando, FL

As Executive Vice President, Roger Hirschy focuses on business development through his customer and industry relationships. He leads the strategic planning process by setting the Company's vision and focus toward its mission to grow to become a major regional security company. He leads the due diligence process to identify synergistic companies that are aligned with the company's acquisition strategy. 

Mr. Hirschy's background ranges from commercial electronics and security to high end special use hardware and fixtures in retail and industrial applications. His prior projects include the Trump Taj Mahal, various Ritz Carlton Properties, Hyatt Hotels and Marriott Properties as well as select military bases across North America.

Mr. Hirschy was the President and CEO of Choice 1 Security, Inc., and after many successful years in the security and installation business (1975-2007), he sold Choice 1 Security to Stanley Works, one of the industry leaders in residential/industrial hardware and tools as well as security components. 


Romin Hirschy–Vice President of Operations
Birmingham, AL

Romin Hirschy serves as Vice President of Operations for Star Asset Security. In this role, he oversees the installation of products for its customers and the servicing of those accounts. He is also responsible for maintaining the vendor relationships for the company. 

Mr. Hirschy has over 13 years of experience in the security industry. He was recently part owner in Choice 1 Security, a security and national electronic lock installation company that was sold to Stanley Tool Company. Prior to Star, he worked as an installation coordinator on a national level for 9 years before moving into an operational role. He holds security and locksmith licenses for several states and additionally holds a Florida general contractors license. 


Scott Anderton–Vice President of Sales & Managed Services
Orlando, FL

Scott Anderton leads the Ion247 managed services business unit as well as provides sales leadership across the Star Asset Security platform.  In this role, he is responsible for the growth of our managed services offerings, including hosted IT and physical security managed services.  He is also responsible for sales leadership and sales process standardization.

Mr. Anderton has more than 23 years of business and IT leadership experience.  He has led multiple IT transformation projects and served as interim CIO for several clients as Sr. Executive with NTT Data and Revere Group.  He also was the managing partner for the IT Managed Services company TMSI, Inc. divested to the Revere Group in 2006.  The first 10 years of his career were in technical leadership roles at fortune 500 companies AT&T and Sprint.

Mr. Anderton received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1990.  He also has completed the Executive Management program at the Crummer School of Business. Rollins College.


Michael Pool–RVP/General Manager
Austin, TX

Michael Pool is the Regional Vice President for MCS Fire and Security (MCS), a Star Asset Security Company (STAR). In this role, he oversees the management and operations of the recently acquired MCS offices located throughout Texas.

Mr. Pool has a long and established career in the fire and security industry. He worked at MCS for 10 years, rising through positions from Operations Manager to President. After his tenure at MCS, he accepted the position of Vice President at Impact Fire Services.

Welcoming the opportunity to return back to MCS and re-establish its brand, Mr. Pool introduced the STAR management team to MCS and their services. He’s been extremely vital to the acquisition by STAR and continues to be vital to its success.

Mr. Pool studied at the University of Texas located in San Antonio and has completed numerous certifications.

Ashley Hickman–Director of Service
Charleston, SC

Ashley Hickman is our Director of Service for all Secure Thinking Companies. Across our footprint and reach of 22 states, she manages all customer service, service dispatch, STAR CARE Plans, recurring Test & Inspections on Fire and other systems, service reporting, P&L, and all facets of the service department including Fire & Burglar Alarm Monitoring. Once a system is installed by our installation team, or a new system is taken over, the maintenance of those accounts are in the hands of her and her Regional Service Managers, Service Technicians, and Help Desk Administrators to meet the needs of our customers in their continuing relationship with us.

Ashley and her team use Autotask to manage all incoming service dispatch, Central Station Trouble Reporting, Badge/Alarm Code Updates, Call List Changes/Updates, Re-key Requests, and "small box" sales. Autotask allows them to stay on top of the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) specifically designed for our customer’s needs. Autotask integrates with our Portal which gives customers the opportunity to review previous and current ticket history for additional peace of mind that their assets are being protected.

Ashley uses her background in Employee and Service Management to deliver high customer retention and satisfaction. Prior to joining the Star Asset Security team in February 2014, Ms. Hickman worked for BBVA Compass as a Financial Sales Advisor where she managed customer accounts, financials and all customer service activity in her prospective regions.

Previous to BBVA Compass, Ashley worked as a Service Manager (I and II) at several of  Wells Fargo's highest grossing branches in Alabama, continuing her career as a Personal Banker. 

Ashley studied at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama where she majored in Business Management/Administration.

Jack Johnson–Vice President of Sales & Marketing Orlando, FL

Jack Johnson is Star Asset Security's VP of Sales & Marketing. Throughout his career, Jack has founded and managed several businesses in the Security Industry.  Jack co-founded Entry Systems Inc, which introduced the very first hotel guest room card locking system, Vingcard Systems into the U.S. marketplace.  In a span of 6 years, Entry Systems scaled into one of largest hotel guest room locking system integrators in North America representing 70% of Vingcard sales and service volume in the U.S., and 30% worldwide with a growth rate of more than 5000%.  Johnson initially served as national accounts manager with a focus on negotiated sole source agreements with brands such as Marriott, Disney, Holiday Inns, and others which contributed to the rapid growth.  Jack eventually served the role of COO for Entry Systems, Inc. before final sale of the business to a large manufacturer in the electronic security market space. 

After Entry Systems, Johnson founded a security integration company, Intelligent Access Systems. Through 100% organic funding and growth, Johnson helped build “IAS” into a well-respected multi-branch security systems integration company which consistently ranked “Top 100” in the Security Dealer Magazine Top Systems Integrators report from 2004-2014. In 2014, Intelligent Access Systems was acquired by a large National security integrator, Securadyne Systems headquartered in Dallas, TX where Jack served as Strategic Account Manager.

More recently Jack served as Director of North American Sales for Open Eye, a cloud-managed Video Surveillance systems manufacturer. Jack helped build a new team of regional sales managers across the U.S. that contributed to sales and deployment of over 5000 new Open Eye web managed video systems in the first 12 months of the release of the new product.

Jack is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Sage Hirschy–Business Development Manager
Orlando, FL

Sage Hirschy works as our Business Development Manager for all of the Secure Thinking Companies. Sage uses his background in finance and comprehensive consulting to drive strategic initiatives and create a consistent offering for Star's customers.  

Prior to joining the Star Asset Security team, Mr. Hirschy worked for CBRE, a global commercial real estate provider. Sage excelled in his role as a  Global Workplace Strategy Consultant.

Previous to CBRE, Mr. Hirschy worked for Hirschy Development Group and Summit Installation in various roles including VP of Finance and Installation Supervisor. Mr. Hirschy holds a BS/BA in Finance from Auburn University as well as a MBA with a concentration in Finance/Commercial Real Estate from Georgia Tech.
